Where do we ship from?
We ship from California
How long does shipping take?
It depends on your area.  We offer free shipping quotes and estimates.  But on average its about 4-5 business days.  (Which is fast!! compared to a alot of other places.)
What does warranty cover?
Warranty covers all manufacturer defects.  What does that mean?  It means, any part as long as it is not damaged from riding. 
Does it come assembled?
No, it requires some assembly.  It's not too hard but we do recommend a mechanic.  
Would I need special tools?
No, they come with their own sets of tools but you will need a socket wrench and a screw driver.
How do I Assembly it?
It comes with an instructional DVD and if you need help, give us a call.
What do I need to assembly?
For ATVs - The tires, battery, handle bar, and racks (if it comes with it)
For Scooters - The front tire, battery, handle bar, mirrors, racks and trunk (if it comes with it)
Can I get a refund?
You can get a refund, as long as you cover the shipping charges to get the old unit back.  
What if my unit breaks?
We have technicians available to help you.  We offer parts and warranty.  If you decide to bring it to a mechanic, we do not cover the charges for your mechanic.
Are these units reliable?
These are not the best, but our service is =)  If something goes wrong with your unit, we will help you at no extra cost.
How are they so cheap?
These units are manufactured in China.  We offer parts and support for all our units.
I bought a unit! but I'm having problems with my ATV, why is this?
Could be many reasons, best way is to call in and talk to one of our technicians.  we recommend you to use a mechanic, some problems can occur due to improper preparation.  Mistakes due happen, that's why we offer free technical support.

All transaction are governed under the laws of the State of California which apply to and interpret your and Atv4less.com ’s rights, duties, and obligations arising from these transactions, as supplemented or modified by this Agreement, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 By ordering with Atv4less.com (1) you accept the terms of sales with Atv4less.com.  Acquisition Agreement (“Agreement”), (2) you provide a valid ship to address within the United States, and (3) The Product or Service is available.  

You accept the terms of this Agreement by completing your transaction when ordering online and by opening the package containing the Product.  

Shipping Policy

1. We are the only company that offers free same day processing in this industry. Usually your order will be shipped out within 24-36 hours. 

2. We will need you to fill out an authorization form and send back to us if your shipping address does not match your credit card's billing address. 

3. For shipment to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, we advise customer finding a freight forwarding company in the US continental states. The shipping you get when you place the order is just the minimum charge. Final shipping is based on destination zip code. 

4. If you place your order by credit card and your shipping address and billing address is different, we may ask you to fill out an authorization form and send back to us. Your order may not be shipped until we receive your signed authorization. 

 

5. All orders are processed between 24-48 business hours. During holiday season, due to extremely high volume, it may take 48-72 business hours to process orders.

6. If you place your order by credit card and your shipping address has been verified, it will be shipped between 24-72 business hours. For wire transfer, Cashier Check or Money Order Payment orders, we will ship your order on the day the fund is cleared into our account. 

 

7. Merchandise over 100lbs. will be shipped with LTL trucking company and under 100lbs. will be shipped with FedEx.

8. A tracking number will be sent when your order has been shipped.  The tracking number can be tracked through the third party shipping company. 

9. Atv4less.com will try our best to ship your order to your door. However, for some extremely large size motorcycles (Extra Large 250cc Utility ATVs, Extra large 150cc Go Karts), may require a lift gate.  Without a lift gate, at least 2 people will be required to unload or pick up at trucking company local terminal. 

 

Proper Preparation

Damages may occur if unit is not properly prepared.  We recommend using a certified mechanic.  To ensure that unit has not been tampered with, we may ask for pictures or receipts to ensure that your unit has been properly prepared.  If the unit is not properly prepared or has been tampered with, then the warranty is voided.


Shipment Inspection / Shipping damage Policy

It is very important that you inspect your shipment upon arrival, and report ANY damages to the driver, including damages to the shipping container.  If there is ANY damage to your shipment, you must note this on the Bill of Lading when you sign for your package(s). You must report any damages within 3 days to us by email to customerservice@Atv4less.com  in order for us to file a claim. Atv4less.com will file the claim for you if reported within 3 days of order and ship out your parts free of charge. If you do not report damages to Atv4less.com within 3 days we will not be able to file a claim for you, and you may have to pay for any parts you need shipped to you and file the claim with your shipping company separately. Before the driver leaves, please do a complete box count and write on the BOL how many boxes you have received. If package is refused without approval of Atv4less.com, the restocking fee will apply. If your shipment sustained structural and frame damages beyond repair, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately so we can prepare to send you a replacement unit. If there are minor damages on the product, please accept the product and take pictures of the damages and email to us. We will send replacement parts to you free of charge. 

 

 

Order Cancellation Policy 

1. Cancellation by phone (877-528-5377) or email (customerservice@atv4less.com) within an hour of order will be of no charge. 

2. You will be subjected to 5% order cancellation fee after one hour. 

3. You will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges once the order has been shipped out from our warehouse with a 20% restocking fee. 

 

Regarding Shipping Address Changes:

If an address change is required, you will be subject to a fee that can range in amounts starting at $35.00 and going up from there. This is because shipping companies automatically charge for any type of address change, regardless of the circumstances. If you should need to change an address, please call customer service. You will then be notified of the fee amount. When placing your order, please confirm that the address has been entered correctly.

 

 

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our main priority. If within 7 days of receiving your product andyou decide not to keep your vehicle for any reason, give our customer service department a call and we may refund you your money or send you a replacement based our return policy agreement.

 

The following is our Return Policy Agreement:

Call our Customer Service Department and obtain a RMA number. Any vehicles returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.  The original invoice must be included in return shipment. Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise at their own expense. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.

Vehicle(s) must be returned in its original packaging within 7 days in new and re-sellable condition.

The return policy does not apply to vehicles that had alterations, abuse, negligence, and accidents or have not received proper maintenance.

All packaging materials, instruction manuals and parts must be returned. Any missing parts or damages will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not accept any return vehicle that has any sustained damages.

If the vehicle has been used and fueled, a return will not be accepted. The return policy will be voided and you may only return your vehicle for repairs.

If you have received your vehicle for more than 7 days and have used it, you will not be eligible to return it for refund or replacement. You can send the vehicle or parts to us at your own expense; we will repair it and send it back to you at your cost.

 Our shipping expenses are neither refundable nor reimbursed for any reason. This includes all freight charges: the first shipment and return. Original freight expense will be deducted from your refund.

Due to health and personal hygiene concerns, helmets are non-refundable.

 

Warranty Policy

Warranty is provided by the manufacture of all featured products (Dirt Bike, ATV, Go Kart, Moped, Motorcycles, etc.) and is provided to you through us.  All manufacturers warrant their vehicles for 1 month on the Engine and 1 month on parts from the date you receive your vehicle. We will service your vehicle under warranty at no additional costs. Buyers are responsible for shipping cost to ship or tow your vehicle to our facility for any warranty service(s). Any outside repair labor charges, down time, towing or shipping charges are not covered under warranty.

The following are warranty limitations and exclusions:

 

Wheels (tires and rim)

Clutches

Lubricants

Gaskets

Extreme riding, racing or competition

Loss of time without motorcycle

Vandalism, fire or theft

Crash or accident

Unauthorized outside repair

Warranty does not cover or reimburse any outside labor charges

Warranty does not cover any towing or shipping charges to and from

Standard wear and tear parts including but not limited to: 

-Batteries

-Body Parts (fenders, covers, housings, etc.)

-Brakes

-Spark Plugs

-Throttle grips

-Hoses

-Fuel lines, brake lines

-Filters

-Brake & clutch levers

-Light bulbs

-Seats & upholstery

 

Defective warranty part(s) can be exchanged for new replacement part(s). New replacement part(s) under warranty will be shipped to buyer at no additional costs. Returning your defective part(s) will ensure we send you the correct part(s) and assist us in monitoring and correcting potential manufacture defects.

 

Limitation of liability

In no event shall Atv4less.com be liable for lost profits or any special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our site or items purchased on or through our site or this agreement (however arising, including negligence). Our liability, and the liability of our suppliers, to you or any third parties in any circumstance is limited to the User's cost of qualifying products purchased at the time of entering into the agreement. Qualifying products as acceptable for return as outlined in the return policy. 

 

Purchasers Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect all equipment.  You must inspect all equipment before using it.  Make sure it is in good working order and safe to use. Purchaser understands the nature of motor scooter riding and motorcycle related activities and acknowledges that purchaser is qualified to operate.  Purchaser must determine if he/she is in proper physical condition to participate in such activity. Purchaser agrees to assume all risks when allowing others to operate Purchaser 's products


Assembly

All products do require some assembly.  We recommend that we assemble for you but for those who like to do it yourself, there is an instructional DVD included.  Assembly will vary depending on purchasers ability to assembly.  Therefore we are not responsible for damages or performance with your assembly.


Inherent Risks:

Warning! Riding activities of dirt bikes, scooters, ATVs, go karts, pocket bikes and UTVs involve the risk and danger of serious bodily injury including, but not limited to, disability, paralysis, dismemberment and death. These inherent risks and dangers may be caused by Purchasers own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others, participating or not participating in the activity, the condition in which the activity takes place, or the negligence of others. There may be additional risks, including social and economic loss, either known or unknown to Purchaser, not readily foreseeable, and Purchaser fully accepts and assumes responsibility for all such risks, losses, costs, and damages incurred as a result of Purchasers participation in motorcycles riding activity. 

 

Operation, Registration, and License:

Purchaser is responsible for registering and operating the motorcycles in accordance with local and state laws and ordinances. Seller makes no representations that the motor scooters, dirt bikes, go karts, pocket bikes and ATVs are legal for operation in your City and State. Customers have read and understood the use of these products before purchasing. 

 

General:

Any terms of this Agreement which by their nature extend beyond the Agreement termination in effect until fulfilled, and apply to both of our respective successors and assignees. All legal issues, should they arise, are to be filed in South El Monte, California including but not limited to: litigations and small claims court cases.

 

Atv4less.com will process, store and use information about your transaction and your contact information, include name, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses, to process and fulfill your transaction. Where permissible under local law, we may use this information to inquire about your satisfaction with our Products and Services, if we do so, you may at any time decline to receive any further communications from us.
